How to do Inquiry (Order):
As xpolook is not an e-commerce site so you have to do these steps to make/place order/inquiry.
1- After selecting the product, choose the size and colour, select quantity and then click 'ADD TO INQUIRY BAG'.
2- In the new window, you can again update the quantity (if you want) and press on 'SEND INQUIRY' button then fill out the form and submit or you can 'Delete' which you have just in the Basket.
Order Status:
You will receive an email with a tracking information once your order is shipped and you will be able to track your parcel/shipment(s).
Payment Methods:
The payment should be sent directly to our bank account. Xpolook.com will provide you Bank details.
